At The Elizabeth House, we believe Hope is important. In fact, it tells a story of flourishing. Research shows that experiencing a hopeful life has a very significant impact on the human soul. People with high hope are more likely to flourish, achieve their goals, and manage stress and adversity. Hope has positive health benefits, too.
That’s why we measure Hope, intentionally work to build Hope in our program participants, and track the rising trajectory of Hope. The bible says in Jeremiah 29:11, “I know the plans I for you,” says the Lord, “…to give you a future and a hope.”
Successful graduates of our program saw their hope scores rise an average of 4.43 points during their stay with us.
If you are a young, single, pregnant woman and in need of housing and hope, apply today. You can feel Hope again. You can set and achieve your goals, and we can help.
